Parenting preteens and teens can be challenging—but you don’t have to do it alone!

Strengthening Families 10-14 (SFP 10-14) is a fun, interactive program designed to help families improve communication, manage stress, and build strong, positive relationships.

Through engaging activities and guided discussions, parents and youth (ages 10-14) will learn practical skills to:

  • Improve family communication
    Reduce misunderstandings and strengthen connections.
  • Set clear rules and expectations
    Help your child make responsible choices.
  • Navigate peer pressure and risky behaviors
    Support your child in staying safe and making good decisions.
  • Manage stress and conflict
    Learn strategies to create a more peaceful home.
  • Boost resilience and confidence 
    Give your child the tools to handle challenges.
