Retirement Distribution
If you are required to take minimum distributions annually from your IRA or another retirement plan, you can make a direct transfer of your "Required Minimum Distribution" of up to $100,000 to Midcoast Youth Center. You will avoid all income tax on your withdrawal, even if you don’t itemize.

We encourage you to look at our Amazon Wish List to help with current needs at the teen center and the Step Up Living program. If you have the ability, the below larger items are also on our wish list!

Clothes, Furniture, Food Pantry Donations
We are happy to accept donations of gently used, youth-oriented clothing items and non-perishable food items for the food pantry. Furniture in good condition is also accepted for use at the center.

We're so happy you are willing to generously donate items to MYC! Before bringing them by, we ask that you first contact us to make arrangements to drop off your donations.
