Teen Center (10-24)
Teen Center for Ages 10-24
TEEN CENTER CHANGES: Beginning Tuesday, September 7th, the teen center will be open from 2pm – 4:30pm for Bath Middle School and Morse High School students only. Students must be registered for either our middle school Compass Program or our high school Youth Leadership Program to gain access to the Center. For safety, this means younger students will not be permitted in the teen center during this after school time.
At 4:30 anyone, age 10 and up, is welcome in the teen center. (children under 10 must be supervised by a parent/guardian over 21)
Our teen center provides a safe place to hang out with friends for local youth ages 10-24. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
We enjoy playing board games, watching movies, cooking & eating together. Students can also access help with homework or any other concerns they may have. Our staff is Youth Mental Health trained.
Through our Meal Train, dinner is served on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5pm.
We are fiercely protective of our youth and strictly enforce a Drug-Free, Smoke & Tobacco-Free campus.
"We must be guardians of a space that allows students to breathe and be curious and explore the world and be who they are without suffocation. They deserve one place where they can rumble with vulnerability and their hearts can exhale. And what I know from the research is that we should never underestimate the benefit to a child of having a place to belong - even one - where they can take off their armor. It can and often does change the trajectory of their life."
